1) Contract & Scope
Your booking with us (and any vouchers/invoices issued) forms a contract incorporating these Terms. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for all named travelers.
2) Services & Third-Party Suppliers
We arrange and sell travel services (flights, hotels, transfers, experiences, visas, insurance, etc.) provided by independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, DMCs, etc.). Your contract for performance is often with those suppliers and is subject to their own terms and conditions, fare rules, and policies. We are not responsible for acts/omissions of third parties beyond our control.
3) Prices, Currency & Taxes
All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability and change until paid/confirmed.
Quoted amounts are generally inclusive of UAE VAT at 5% where applicable; local tourism taxes (e.g., Dubai Tourism Dirham) and resort fees may be collected directly by the hotel/authority and are payable by the guest.
Exchange-rate variations, tax/fee changes, or supplier surcharges may affect the final price until fully paid.
4) Payments & Documentation
Deposit or full payment may be required to secure services; unpaid bookings can be cancelled without notice.
You must review all confirmations, tickets, and vouchers immediately and report discrepancies within 24 hours.
We may require a valid Emirates ID/passport copy and payment authorization (for card payments).
5) Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Supplier rules control most refunds and change fees (including “non-refundable” fares).
Our service fee(s) are not refundable once services are ticketed/confirmed, unless required by law.
Refund processing timelines depend on the supplier/airline and may take up to 8–12 weeks after we receive funds back from them.
No-show is treated as cancellation with 100% charges in most cases.
6) Passports, Visas & Entry
You are responsible for meeting all passport, visa, residency, health, and immigration requirements for all destinations and transit points.
We can assist with visa applications on a best-effort basis, but final decisions are made by government authorities; fees are non-refundable if refused/delayed.
Some countries require minimum passport validity (often 6 months) and onward/return tickets.
7) Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (medical, cancellation/interruption, baggage, liability). If you decline insurance, you assume associated risks and costs.
8) Health, Safety & Special Requests
You must disclose any medical/mobility conditions that may affect travel and obtain medical clearance where needed.
Special requests (beds, meals, adjoining rooms, etc.) are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.
9) Changes by Suppliers & Force Majeure
Suppliers may alter schedules, accommodation, or services. We will inform you of material changes when notified. We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather, strikes, operational decisions, government actions, epidemics/pandemics, or security events. Remedies (refunds/credits) are subject to supplier policies.
10) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the amount of our service fees paid for the affected booking.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (loss of enjoyment, profits, or opportunity).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful.
11) Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and applicable regulations. We share necessary data with suppliers/authorities to fulfil your booking. For privacy requests, contact us at the email above.
12) Complaints
Please report service issues immediately on-trip so suppliers can assist. For post-trip complaints, email us within 7 days of your return with booking details and evidence; we will liaise with suppliers and respond within a reasonable time.
13) Minors & Group Bookings
Bookings for travelers under 18 require a parent/guardian. Schools or group leaders are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring compliance with safety instructions and laws.
14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless mandatory law specifies otherwise.
15) Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
